In July UK’s house prices disturbed trend that was set at country’s housing market and showed small growth, Bloomberg reports with the reference to Nationwide Building Society.

Report published on Wednesday informed that index watched by the lender grew by 0,6%. Yearly growth was 2,5% compared with 2% in June.

Report was one of good news that do not please UK’s housing market very often, as it shows slowdown due to weak economic growth and uncertainty over Brexit.

According to experts’ opinion, further behavior will depend on economic conditions, especially on labor market and interest rates. As a whole, price growth this year might reach 1%.
