Discounts from different companies are from 10 to 12 percent.

Amid obvious slowdown of the market sellers of new houses offer not only discounts, but also other incentives including cash rebates and shipping vouchers to stimulate sales. The last might fell by 10-15 percent in money value within next 12-18 months, experts of Moody’s Investors Service assume.
