US stocks started to gain after Washington and Canada came to agreement in regards to trade deal that would preserve three-side union with Mexico, Bloomberg reports.
Futures of S&P 500 grew up 0,6% after they showed 0,5% drop ahead of weekend when negotiations took place. Dow Jones and Nasdaq gained 0,7% each.
It looks like the results of talks on new agreements between three trade partners were better than was expected. New document will be called U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement and will replace North American Free Trade Agreement that existed 24 years and will provide for easier access of US farmers to Canada’s diary market, stricter intellectual property provisions and tighter rules of auto producers.
